Introduction, information
- The BIALMAX Online Store operating at http://bialmax.pl/ is run by BIALMAX based in Białystok, ul. Dolna 70, NIP: 719-120-23-90, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
- In the scope of services provided electronically, these Regulations are the regulations referred to in Art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
- The Seller allows you to make purchases via the Internet and participate in other events organized within the Store by the Seller. Other activities, such as competitions and promotions, may be regulated by detailed regulations available on the store website and on the information page of the competition or promotion.
- The Customer should be understood as an entity purchasing goods via the online store http://bialmax.pl/
- Consumer should be understood as a Customer who is a natural person specified in Art. 221 of the Civil Code, making a purchase in the online store http://bialmax.pl/, for purposes not directly related to its business or professional activity.
- By registering or logging in to the Store, the Customer: consents to the use of personal data to complete the order provided in the registration form in accordance with the Act of May 2018 on the protection of personal data, agrees to enter them into the BIALMAX database
- In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Store Customers have the right to inspect their data, correct it and submit a request to stop using it, which should be reported to the store staff at the following e-mail address:
- biuro@bialmax.plIn the event of a change to the Regulations, the Seller will inform Customers about the change by placing a message on the Store's website.
Sale, object of sale
- The subject of sale are products presented on the website of the online store http://bialmax.pl/
- The information available on the store's website http://bialmax.pl/ does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code
- All products presented on the Store's website are brand new and have been legally introduced to the Polish market
- The prices of the offered products are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT. The gross price of the product does not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are added as a separate item, information about the delivery price is provided before the order is processed.
Sales and order processing procedure.
- Orders in the Store can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round via the website http://bialmax.pl/. Orders may be placed electronically via the order form (basket) on the store's website, via e-mail.
- Orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the first business day following the day of placing the order.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order when the history of cooperation undermines the credibility and reliability of the Customer or when additional verification of the correctness of the Customer's data is impossible.
- The history of previous orders and the status of the current order are available in the "My account" module after the Customer logs in to the store http://bialmax.pl/
- If the Seller cannot process the order due to the lack of product availability, the Customer will be informed about this by e-mail or telephone within 5 business days from the date of placing the order.
- If the order processing time turns out to be longer than that indicated on our websites, the Seller undertakes to contact the Customer to inform him about the delay and confirm his intention to continue processing the order or cancel it
- In the case of orders consisting of several products and to be delivered in one shipment, the completion date will depend on the date when the Seller completes the last element of a given order. Information about the shipping date of individual products can be found on the product cards.
- The acceptance of the order for execution takes place when the Seller sends by e-mail to the Buyer's address indicated in the order that the order has been accepted for execution. The lack of any information does not mean that the order has been accepted for processing. The date of acceptance of the order for execution is the date of delivery to the Buyer of the information referred to above.
Delivery of goods
- The ordered goods are delivered to the customer via a courier/forwarding company.
- The ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form.
- Delivery time is calculated as follows:- if you choose cash on delivery or cash, the next business day after the Seller confirms the execution of the order;- if you choose payment in advance (transfer) the next business day after the day on which the payment of the agreed price and shipping costs is credited to the Seller's account.
- The Seller will inform the Customer about the shipment of the order via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
- If the goods are not delivered to the Customer within the declared delivery date, the Seller asks the Customer to immediately notify about the situation by e-mail to http://bialmax.pl/ (please provide the order number).
Payment, sales documents
- Payment for the order by transfer - before delivery of the goods to the Seller's bank account (prepayment);
- A VAT (Tax) invoice is issued for each purchased product. Invoices are sent together with the goods to the shipping address provided by the Customer in the purchase form.
Final provisions

- None of the provisions of these Regulations limit the Consumer's rights under the law.
- In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204). as amended) and the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994 (consolidated text of May 17, 2006 - Journal of Laws No. 90, item 631).
- The Seller will make every effort to ensure that any disputes are resolved amicably and to the benefit of the Customer.
- In the absence of agreement between the Seller and the Buyer, disputes will be resolved in court in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure and special acts,
